As a home economist and food stylist, I’m very much a foodie through and through. I can write a recipe showcasing a specific product, or help a chef demonstrate a dish. I’m most definitely an attention to detail person with a great eye for design and can think laterally around a problem. I will always try to find a way through whatever problem is thrown at me (much to the annoyance of some!)

I can look at a product and work out the best way to showcase it, be it from a different angle, or on a different surface. I take the tiniest of crumbs and place them just where they’re needed or remove the blemish and fill in the crack in the edge of a scotch egg.

I’m loyal to the end – many of my clients are long standing repeat ones, with whom I enjoy a great relationship.

I’d have to say that food is my expertise, in all manor of ways!
