WayMakers Devon CIC
Description
WayMakers is an award-winning social enterprise committed to building neuroinclusion in workplaces, communities and individual lives.
Inclusion is always a team effort. We provide tailored support to employers, service providers, and autistic and ADHD people to equip them with the tools, insights and confidence they need to grow and succeed. For workplaces, this is about addressing neurodiversity in systems, processes and cultures, whilst for individuals it’s about building strategies, self-advocacy and supportive connections. Neuroinclusion generates opportunities and improved outcomes for everyone.
WayMakers’ support is person-centred, strengths-based and solution-focused, aimed at those without significant learning needs from age 14 through adulthood. We bring our own lived experience, a wealth of professional expertise and a commitment to a needs-based approach, catering for people with or without a formal diagnosis.
Our services include neuroaffirming strategy coaching, neurodiversity profile mapping, as well as CPD talks and workshops on autism, ADHD, neurodiversity, accessibility and inclusion.
We envision a society which appreciates and champions the value of diverse minds so that all people feel welcome, safe and included. Neuroinclusion is good for individuals and good for business.
