Sonya Ellis is head coach of South West Athletics Academy. A level four athletics Coach for decathlon and heptathlon Sonya, coaches juniors age 4 up to adults also coaches, disabled athletes and is a number of aspiring coaches and volunteers. we also run events have our own portable Athletics at Track, which we take all over the UK to promote sport activities.
